Election year hype?

It’s not even an election year!

Beware the politicians: this statement from Senator Clinton is completely ignorant and very political in nature. I can’t believe she thinks the market is broken. How? Where? I am fearing the worst: increased government oversight in an industry that is already one of the most regulated. When I meet with borrowers we have a 25 page stack of paperwork they need to sign. I think the best solution to this crisis needs to be market driven. Lenders are already responding and making the necessary corrections. Please Senator continue with your campaign and let the market do its job.

Housing groups warn of default ‘tsunami’ – Real Estate – MSNBC.com: ““This market is clearly broken, and if we don’t fix it, it could threaten our entire housing market, which in turn would threaten our entire economy,” Clinton said.”
