I don’t like to gamble and I hate to waste money on power ball tickets. However, a few years ago, I did participate in the Home & Wealth raffle sponsored by the St. Joseph’s Hospital in the Greater Phoenix area. I figured it goes towards a good cause. I haven’t bought one since, but I like to keep abreast of it from time to time.
Here is the story on this Springs winner, announced today, exciting! Congrats to the winner.
A Gilbert resident won the No. 1 Grand Prize in the Spring 2007 Health & Wealth Raffle that benefits St. Joseph’s Hospital and Barrow Neurological Institute.
Yvette Sandoval and her husband, Robert, plan tonight to tour a T.W. Lewis model home in the Finesterra at Valencia community in Chandler, according to raffle officials.
That’s part of the $1 million valued package that includes a 2007 Lexus IS250 and $200,000 cash. Sandoval has the option of taking the car and building a home in any T.W. Lewis neighborhood, or she can opt to keep the car and take the cash equivalent of $1 million.
