Times have been rough for relators lately. Not only has the real estate market experienced a dramatic change the past year, technology (sites like zillow.com) and discount brokers are exacting a squeeze on the traditional realtor-broker business model. Here is an interesting article worth reading and thinking about. I think realtors just need to do a better job of explaining their role and proving their worth by providing a service second to none. A lot of times this involves working with the right lender.
